Admission Cancellation/Refund Policy of Avyan IAS Delhi
Avyan IAS believes in helping its students as max as possible, and therefore has a liberal admission cancellation or refund policy.
Under this refund policy:
Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been completed or if we have initiated the process of shipping either ourselves or through the vendors/merchants/ representatives whom we may appoint from time to time.
No cancellations are entertained for those products that the Avyan IAS marketing team has given special offers on for various purposes including but not limited to special occasions like Holi, Diwali, Raksha Bandhan, new year, or any specific examination etc. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.
In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
Refund Policy:
Refund requests must be made in written by student or his parents at the center.
Verbal, phone, email, or fax requests are not entertained. Registration Fee, Book/Module or study material,Test Series Fees are Non-refundable items.
If you cancel your admission within seven days of the date of commencement of any course, 50% fee will be deducted. 50% of fees will be refunded if one cancels within 15 days of the date of admission. In case of cancellation after 15 days, no amount will be refunded.
Fee once paid will not be adjusted to another Course.
Note: No fee will be refunded for online courses.
